hotelpanorama-jesolo.it is an independent guide to Jesolo and the Veneto coast. We publish pages on the beach, on the zones of the seafront, on excursions in the area, and a memorial page about the Hotel Panorama that originally used this domain. Ours is an autonomous editorial newsroom: we do not represent and are not affiliated with any hospitality property, tour operator or booking agency.

Our mission

We want to give the reader well-documented, neutral material with which to plan a holiday in Jesolo. The web is saturated with portals selling packages, with the institutional sites of individual hotels and with sponsored travel blogs that describe the Veneto coast in commercial terms. What is missing is an editorial space in which the sections of the coast are described to comparable criteria, in which the seasons are recounted as they actually are, and in which advice is given because it serves the traveller, not because there is a commission behind it. That is the space we are trying to occupy.

Our editorial values

• Verified facts. Figures, distances, periods and prices are cross-checked against public sources (the Jesolo municipality, Federalberghi Veneto, APT Venezia, the Consorzio Bagnanti) and against direct checks where possible. Where a source is uncertain we flag it, and we update the page as soon as we can verify.
• Commercial independence. We do not receive payment from the properties we cover. We do not handle bookings. When we link to a third-party site, it is purely as an informational reference. The only commercial reference on the site is an editorial partner for travel logistics, declared as such.
• Plain language. No unjustified superlatives, no brochure formulas. Every zone of the coast has strengths and limits: describing them honestly helps the reader more than praising them.
• Regular updates. The guides are revised at least once a year to reflect changes in tariffs, works on the seafront, and new entries in the events calendar.

The team

We are a small editorial team of travel and upper-Adriatic enthusiasts. The core is made up of editors experienced in travel writing and territorial documentation, supported by external contributors for fieldwork and photography. We work remotely, with periodic editorial meetings and annual visits to the Veneto coast. Individual article bylines, where shown, appear at the foot of the piece.

The name of the site

The domain hotelpanorama-jesolo.it belonged to the Hotel Panorama at Via Bafile 343, a small family-run 3-star property that operated at Jesolo Lido until around 2021. After the closure of the business and the release of the domain, we decided to acquire it for our editorial project, and to dedicate a memorial page to the property that documents honestly what is recoverable from the web archives.
