These Terms of use govern access to and use of the website hotelpanorama-jesolo.it (hereafter, “the Site”). Users who access the Site accept in full the conditions set out here. Any amendments will be published on this page along with the date of the update.
Last updated: May 2026.
1. Ownership and nature of the Site
The Site is an independent editorial project of an informational and educational nature, dedicated to the Jesolo coast and the upper Veneto Adriatic. The Site does not constitute a travel agency, a tour operator, an intermediary for the booking of hotel stays or tourist services, or a hospitality property. The information published is intended to orient the reader and in no case constitutes a commercial offer.
2. Affiliation disclaimer
The domain hotelpanorama-jesolo.it was previously used by the Hotel Panorama at Via Bafile 343, 30017 Lido di Jesolo (Venezia), a hospitality property that ceased operations around 2021. Following the release of the domain by the previous holder, the domain was duly registered by the current owner of the Site for this independent editorial project.
The following is explicitly declared:
- The Site is not affiliated, sponsored, managed or authorised by the former Hotel Panorama or by its previous management.
- The Site is not affiliated with any heirs or successors-in-title of the previous management, nor with any natural or legal person who in any capacity operated at the original property.
- The Site is not affiliated with the current owners of the building at Via Bafile 343 (where ownership has been transferred after 2021), nor with any commercial operator carrying on or intending to carry on hospitality activities at that building.
- Historical references to the Hotel Panorama on the Site are made for documentary and descriptive purposes only, in accordance with the right of report and of historical critique.
Any trademarks, names or distinguishing signs mentioned on the Site belong to their respective owners and are referenced for informational purposes only. The name “Hotel Panorama” is a generic name widely used in the Italian hotel sector and does not in itself constitute a registered trademark attributable to a specific party.
3. Intellectual property and copyright
The contents published on the Site (texts, photographs, graphics, layout) are the property of the Site owner or used under licence, and are protected by Italian and European copyright law (in particular Italian Law no. 633 of 22 April 1941 (Copyright Act) and subsequent amendments). Reproduction, even in part, is prohibited without written authorisation, save for use for personal study, research and citation, within the limits set out in article 70 of the Italian Copyright Act.
The archive images of the original hospitality property, published on the historical memorial page, are sourced from the Wayback Machine (Internet Archive) and are used for documentary purposes in accordance with the right of report; they will be removed on reasoned request from any rights holders. The landscape images of the Veneto coast are largely sourced from Wikimedia Commons and used under their respective CC BY-SA, CC BY, CC0 or public-domain licences, with attribution to the original author.
Users may share links to pages on the Site on their own social channels or blogs, provided their integrity is preserved and the source is indicated. Quotation of passages from articles is permitted within the limits of a short excerpt, with indication of the source and an active link to the original article.
4. Accuracy of information and limitation of liability
The Site owner takes care in publishing the contents and updates them periodically. However, given the changeable nature of information relating to the tourism and hospitality sector (tariffs, opening hours, conditions of properties, events calendars, changes to bus services, and so on), no absolute guarantee is given as to the up-to-date status or completeness of the contents at any time.
The Site owner assumes no liability for:
- Any inaccuracies, omissions or delays in the updating of the contents;
- Direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the information published;
- The conduct of third parties (hospitality properties, beach clubs, transport carriers, theme parks) whose information is reported on the Site;
- Technical disruptions or interruptions of the Site that are not attributable to wilful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the owner.
5. Links to third-party sites
The Site contains links to external resources (sites of the Jesolo municipality, APT Venezia, public transport operators, press articles, editorial partners). Such links are provided for informational and reference purposes only. The Site owner does not control the contents of third-party sites and assumes no liability for their accuracy, lawfulness or for the data processing carried out within them. Users who follow an external link are expected to read the relevant terms of use and privacy notices.
6. Editorial partners
The Site hosts a declared reference to an editorial partner for travel logistics (organisation of flights, hotels and transfers). The partner is identified as such within the contents, in clearly identifiable callouts. The relationship with the partner does not condition the editorial line of the Site: the assessments of properties and services published on the pages remain independent.
7. User-generated content
If the Site activates sections for comments, reviews or user contributions, the contents published remain the sole responsibility of the user who has submitted them. The Site owner reserves the right to moderate, modify or remove contents that are offensive, unlawful, defamatory, in breach of the privacy of others, or not relevant to the editorial line.
8. Processing of personal data
The processing of personal data collected through the Site (for example for newsletter subscriptions or for sending communications by email) is carried out in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 as amended by Italian Legislative Decree no. 101/2018. For full details please see the privacy notice published separately on the Site.
9. Amendments to these Terms
The Site owner reserves the right to amend these Terms of use at any time, with notice of such amendments published on this page along with the date of update. Continued use of the Site after the publication of amendments constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.
10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms of use are governed by Italian law. For any dispute that may arise in connection with the interpretation, performance or termination of the relationships governed by these Terms, the courts of Venice (Foro di Venezia) shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to the mandatory consumer-protection competences provided for by law.
